  • Host or participate in candidate recruitment projects or partnerships with universities.

  • Ensures recruitment integrity via effective utilization of online recruitment structures.

 QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent communicator who engages well externally and internally Proven experience as talent acquisition officer. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • Understanding of all selection techniques and techniques.
  • Proficient inside the use of social media and job forums. 
  • Willingness to recognize the responsibilities and skills of different roles.
  • Working know-how of recruitment assessment portals and databases .
  • Well-organized A chief and strategic thinker BSc/BA in applicable subject and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  •  Masters can be an introduced gain.
  • 7 years’ experience, three of which have to be in a supervisory role.
  • Hospital experience can be an brought gain.
  • Registration with, and a Practicing Certificate from, the Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya.
