- Accountable to the Operations Director.
- Operations control inside the support and incident surroundings.
- Develop, set and acquire applicable operations goals.
- Ensuring always exceptional in operations execution.
- Process proprietor for all operations procedures and custodian of all required operations standards.
- Ensure professionalism of all operations personnel with the aid of putting and actively enforcing appropriate recruiting and improvement directives.
- Recruit, train, and broaden group of workers, operators and supporting team of workers.
- Define, very own and execute the operations method and operations roadmap in support of the commercial enterprise method.
