Job Description

  • Build relationships with vendors.
  • Negotiate competitive rates.
  • Track assets issued to employees \ vendors and the operational status of the equipment including damage \ theft and disposal.
  • Dispose of assets properly and securely.
  • Track asset warranty status and make sure faulty equipment is repaired within warranty periods
  • Make sure that purchases and logistical processes are completed as per company process.
  • Project Implementation / Research
  • Maintain Desktop and servers SOE as per guidelines.
  • Maintain backup tapes and logs as per process.
  • Regularly report on asset and inventory status.
  • Provide regular updates to reporting Manager about the Status of projects or System and the overall functioning of the department (Monthly/year).
  • Reporting on overall system status across the Moby Group.
