- Identifying and suggesting possible enhancements on technique
- Configuring workstations, laptops and peripheral system or any IT-based system (pills, smartphones, and so forth.)
- Installing, troubleshoot, repair, replace and keep workstations and laptops.
- Install, hold, and troubleshoot printers/copiers
- Managing consumables of printers and copiers.
