Candidate Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years experience in curriculum and programme design and implementing learning solutions.
- 2 years experience in developing e-learning courses
- Retail experience would be an advantage
- Must have E-Learning, articulate and SPP knowledge
- Must have knowledge of compentency development and curricula design
- Knowledge of NQF requirements and be informed about SAQA and SETA qualification changes, requirements and trends
- Must have knowledge of adult learning principles, and educational theories and outcomes-based learning
- Knowledge of QCTO standards, ADDIE, Blended learning approaches and SAP LMS.
- Must be computer literate (MS Office suite)
- Must be proficient in the usage of G-Suite Applications
- Conceptual & design skills
- Excellent English writing skills
- Good at presenting and communicating information
- Good writing and reporting
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
