  • Analyse training needs

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years experience in curriculum and programme design and implementing learning solutions.
  • 2 years experience in developing e-learning courses
  • Retail experience would be an advantage
  • Must have E-Learning, articulate and SPP knowledge
  • Must have knowledge of compentency development and curricula design
  • Knowledge of NQF requirements and be informed about SAQA and SETA qualification changes, requirements and trends
  • Must have knowledge of adult learning principles, and educational theories and outcomes-based learning
  • Knowledge of QCTO standards, ADDIE, Blended learning approaches and SAP LMS.
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office suite)
  • Must be proficient in the usage of G-Suite Applications
  • Conceptual & design skills
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Good at presenting and communicating information
  • Good writing and reporting
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
