Job Description
- Responsible for instrumentation and controls installations, systems and standards for the factory.
- Regularly review all installations and systems to ensure safety standards are maintained.
- Understand pneumatic systems; maintenance and calibrate control valves .
- Should be familiarize with Simatic Step 7 software program.
- Understand and carefully read electrical circuit process diagrams.
- Have the ability to configure and diagnosis faults of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Control Loops.
- Possess the ability to Install, calibrate and loop check of the field instruments .
Additional Skills:
- Effective planning and organization skills.
- Regularly preform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Performs calibration of required instruments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Have good knowledge of Honeywell program.
