Job Description
- Process orders through e-mail or phone.
- Check statistics accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to gain missing facts or solution queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics branch to make certain timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer information.
- Develop month-to-month income reports
- Communicate critical comments from customers internally.
- Ensure income goals are met and report any deviations.
- Stay updated with new merchandise and functions.
Requirements
- Proven paintings revel in as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on enjoy with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel mainly)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- A team participant with high degree of willpower
- Ability to paintings underneath strict closing dates
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or applicable discipline is a plus
