Job Description
- Understanding of monitoring technologies including, but not limited to, taps, packet brokers, application performance monitors, Fault/ Performance/ Configuration management software.
- Responsible for maximizing the value of the product to clients.
- Responsible for representing the customer’s requirements and perspective
- Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders (Services, Development, Clients).
- Conduct Operators Training for clients.
- Report/ Proposal writing skills would be beneficial.
- Monthly Reports on Progress/Timelines/Impediments.
- Product literature including demo and presentation materials per module
- Strong ability to communicate verbally
- Assist Marketing with marketing collateral
- Support Sales Team with pre-sales support and specific solution designs and presentations.
Qualification and Skills:
- High degree of aptitude in the IT environment
- Passion for technology and learning
- Understanding of the Management of IT and IT Infrastructure
- Team orientated as well as ability to work independently
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
