Job Description
- An advanced Master’s degree or higher in public administration, organizational development or other field related to development studies with a focus on capacity building approaches.
- At least 10 years’ proven experience conducting program assessments, evaluations and/or action research.
- Demonstrated skill in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis techniques, including strong synthesis, and writing and presentation capabilities.
- Proven familiarity with non-traditional and innovative approaches to evaluating programs.
