Job Description
- The focus of the L&D Consultant is to work with clients to assess their training needs and put together programmes that will yield the maximum benefit.
- Ideally you will be from the training industry, but candidates from HR, management or recruitment consulting are also likely to have suitable experience.
- You must be comforatble and have experience of, dealing with clients and have a background of consultative selling.
- 5 years relevant experience in a service driven environment; Own car and able to travel if needed.
