Job Description
- Keeping a clean record and review of price on menu and cost of elements from time to time and liaise with Directors for any required modifications.
- Keeping a report and communication of all income and purchases the usage of existing systems or developing new and improved systems.
- Clear communication with Directors via Dropbox, Email and Microsoft Excel. Facilities
- Ensure all minor damages to buildings, furniture and fittings and furnishings are repaired by means of getting appropriate fundi always.
- Working independently and with own initiative to solve any issues by using ensuring personnel have clean reporting systems and record maintaining, via Receptionist diary report.
- Keeping a weekly precis of particular regions and problems that have required upkeep through the years using a diary to file to Directors. Licences and enterprise .
- Responsible for the assessment and updating of all licences at all times liaising with nearby authorities, Municipal and police etc..
- Keeping clear record and receipts and licences making sure we continue to be compliant at all times.
- Working with our legal professional through e-mail communications to make sure we are compliant at all times. Accounts and finance .
- Regular banking of all cash to nearby financial institution- around 2-three per week.
- Management of the expenses bank account ensuring adequate price range available for daily costs.
- Regular communication with Directors of fund requirements for monthly payments and expenses.
- Clear recording of VAT paid and VAT charged and month-to-month communique of the receipts, scanning and emailing our Accountant every month.
- Clear recording, e book maintaining of profits and expenses in all different non-VAT transactions.
- Review of our buy fashions and providers to make certain we maintain to gain accurate value for cash.
