Import:

  • Assist over all company import making plans as required by way of manner of numerous branch like vending, safety & civil department.
  • Overall, display LC and TT. Prepare import statement and placed up money owed & finance department.
  • Negotiating with carriers for shipment time table in particular upkeep & civil department and propose them a way to put together documents.
  • Communicating with financial institution for accumulate documents and recommendation import branch for expedite the procedure.
  • To set up shipping imported objects from Chittagong Port, tracking C&F and forwarder at day by day basis. Besides this, additionally tell save branch concerning receiving imported items.
  • Checking and approve all kinds of bill and evaluation of C & F agent, Transport invoice, & others bill.
  • Mail corresponding with overseas & close by provider for diverse problems like documents, charge and some different trouble.
  • Negotiating with forwarder (sea, airand avenue) for reserving import items. Also negotiate with C&F agent for import sports.
  • Arrange and negotiate with nearby supplier for condo system.

Export:

  • Communicating with management concerning export police and positioned into impact that via export crew.
  • Check PO sheet and tell merchandising branch for any shape of discrepancy.
  • Prepare CM Statement and deliver it to respective department.
  • Communicate with diverse organizations like C&F, forwarder for special type of export arrangement.
  • Total dealings with stock lot consumer. Documents, booking, export and rate preferred gadget.

Others:

  • Monitor and execute yearly customs audit.
  • Assist Admin & HR branch for renewal of all type organisation license.
  • Solve any type of characteristic arise by means of using BEPZA authority.
  • Solve any form of function rise up through Customs authority.
  • Make a right software program among H/O and Factory for any shape of documents hand over.
  • Finally, co-carry out with all department.
