  • Feedback methods and surveys to understand service and product delivery.
  • Completeness and accuracy of product master data.
  • On-time and accurate payment of supplier invoices.
  • New projects and initiatives measured on scope, time and budget.
  • Levels of business predictability.
  • Planning and adherence to planning deadlines.
  • Overall brand equity of the business through brand awareness.
  • Succession planning.
  • Systems planning and better reporting, checklist and decision making.
  • Correct collection and maintenance of master data for raw materials and products to ensure effective process automation, costing and pricing accuracy.
  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (below and above the line)
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Sales centres and head quarter innovations and seasonal decorations
  • Handling the quarterly Updates for the competitive report.
