- Responsible and take a lead for offerings, overhauls, and preservation sports of mechanical device s, ensuring that the preservation activities are achieved as deliberate and inside set time with excessive pleasant.
- Responsible for reviewing, reading, and identifying bad actors on all reciprocating compressor driven / motive force through KPI s, similarly acquire most compression machinery reliability via completing the working cycle time among services without failure and moreover extending the average operating cycle time among offerings.
- Provide scheduling and status reports of compressor mechanical enhancements.
- Monitor, manage and participate in directing the pleasant of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities executed by means of Mechanical teams.
- Review all technical authentic gadget manufacturer (OEM) manuals and advocate the protection crew members on their technical content.
- Assure that each one protection subject sports are executed in a certified manner, that safety awareness is obvious within the area and that every one HES regulations are adhered to.
- Trouble shoots troubles and performs upkeep on reciprocating compressor pushed and driving force.
- Supervise any essential maintenance or overhauls on compressors or engines if asked.
- Review and interpret compressors specs, codes, requirements, & regulations, in addition to attend HAZOP, design evaluate, PSSR and MEI meetings to determine scope of labor and required contents of compressors pushed and motive force.
- Develop startup techniques, startup schedules, and placement-precise startup documentation.
- Ensure the ideal installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and preservation practices are accompanied.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree with minimal of 7 years enjoy of mechanical area in oil & gasoline and Petrochemical environment which includes Compressors, Pumps and Instrument air compressor/College Diploma.
- Experienced in protection of fuel mills & centrifugal compressors, multi-levels pumps, and so on.
- Experienced in maintenance of reciprocating engine and compressor.
- Knowledgeable in device spare parts and might read & interpret equipment drawings to discover parts.
