- Provide seen and powerful management in secure and sustainable development.
- Ensure that every one mining and production obligations achieved are compliant with safe working strategies and trendy activity pointers.
- Manage mining capital; SIB and Opex estimates and shipping;
- Responsible for the execution of mining sports aligned with senior control's strategic path and the existence of mine plan and Deliver Life of Mine and Business Plan inputs.
- Responsible for mining engineering and brief range planning
- Oversee the earthworks construction and construction control,
- Oversee compliance to the quick and medium time period mine plans and schedules to ensure that mining work is planned, scheduled and resourced effectively
- Manage body of workers in step with the staffing control plan; are trying to find to control and improve crew/body of workers morale; and control overall performance development
- Actively increase the technical and management skills of the group for his or her career progression inside the business enterprise
Applicant Requirements:
- Engineering Degree or Diploma (in Mining).
- At least 5 years of superior management enjoy within the mining enterprise with enjoy in an Open Pit mining surroundings with a fleet that helps a massive tonnage operation preferably with operations in far off place;
- Highly organized with terrific operational, mission management and analytical abilities.
- Strong economic, finances training and time control abilities are essential;
- Superior oral and written verbal exchange talents, courting management and partnership constructing competencies.
- Experience and ability to work properly in a quick-paced, cross-cultural environment is critical.
