- Supervising mine planning, mining operations and mining gadget.
- Supervising the sports of hourly production and maintenance employees engaged in the mining of heavy sands inclusive of heavy minerals which consist of the financial titanium minerals used as feedstocks to provide titanium dioxide pigment, in addition to the tremendously excessive-cost zirconium silicate mineral, zircon.
- Schedules manufacturing necessities to assist day by day, weekly and month-to-month income forecast to meet customer's needs.
- Schedule and assign worker's work based totally on manufacturing wishes (manpower making plans).
- Coordinates renovation, operations and assignment work timing.
- Provides coaching and disciplinary counseling to employees under his or her area of duty (includes worker family members).
- Ensures that employees receive right education and instructions to perform activity responsibilities.
- Administer and enforce Company rules and tactics.
- Ensures that the branch meets all Safety guidelines and practices. Take the lead in incident investigations and broaden corrective actions.
- Works with Safety Manager and Company officials to promote a secure paintings environment.
- Works closely with Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager and Sales Representatives to make sure that merchandise meet customer desires and expectancies.
- Works at the implementation of value saving programs and/or non-stop development sports to lessen charges and enhance running performance.
- Participates in Operations brief and long variety enterprise making plans; and attends manufacturing conferences on the daily operations of the plant. Other responsibilities may be assigned as required.
- Promotes high-quality worker and network members of the family. Assures compliance with all safety, fitness and environmental practices and governmental strategies.
- Participates in getting ready running and preservation budgets. Assists in preparation of the capital price range.
