Manage mining capital; SIB and Opex estimates and shipping;
Responsible for the execution of mining activities aligned with senior control's strategic path and the existence of mine plan and Deliver Life of Mine and Business Plan inputs.
Responsible for mining engineering and quick variety making plans
Oversee the earthworks production and production control,
Oversee compliance to the short and medium term mine plans and schedules to ensure that mining work is planned, scheduled and resourced effectively
Manage group of workers in keeping with the staffing control plan; are trying to find to control and enhance team/personnel morale; and manage performance development
Actively expand the technical and leadership capabilities of the group for his or her career progression within the organization
Applicant Requirements:
Engineering Degree or Diploma (in Mining)
At least five years of superior control enjoy within the mining industry with enjoy in an Open Pit mining environment with a fleet that helps a large tonnage operation preferably with operations in remote place;
Highly prepared with great operational, mission management and analytical skills
Strong economic, budget education and time control competencies are important;
Superior oral and written communication capabilities, dating management and partnership constructing talents
Experience and potential to paintings nicely in a quick-paced, go-cultural surroundings is important
