Job Description
- Support the College in designing, enforcing and monitoring an progressive, decentralized combined training version for nurses, midwives and public health nurses.
- Contribute to the ability constructing of teaching workforce both in the College and on the scientific schooling websites, inclusive of via e-mastering.
- Collaborate and coordinate with donors, companions and applicable stakeholders at all ranges.
- Expert use of mission cycle control gear (planning, reporting, finances control and so on.)
- Support the roll-out of this version to different training schools.
- Your profile
- Advanced medical skills in Nursing, Midwifery or Public Health or demonstrable clinical experience in a strongly applicable field.
- Experience in healthcare schooling, preferably concerning curriculum design/review and implementation.
- Experience in challenge management, economic control and human useful resource improvement (venture cycle control)
- Management and appraisal capabilities; preferably combined with enjoy in capacity building or institutional improvement.
- Interest in information sharing, implemented area studies and medical alternate.
- Academic qualifications to degree stage or higher.
- Strong communicator with great interpersonal capabilities capable of shape precious working partnerships at all stages.
- Fluency in English with excellent writing abilities
- Solid computer abilties (MS Word, Excel).
- Willingness to stay and paintings in a rural place of Africa
- Competent driver
- Previous experience of running in Sub-Saharan Africa; or other applicable development placing.
