- Office Administration/Facilities Management/Office Security.
- Ensure adherence to workplace administration regulations and tactics.
- Anti-Bribery, Business Continuity, Key Controls, Wireless Devices policy, Corporate Real Estate policy, T&E policy, Records Management, and different associated guidelines.
- Liaise with Visa throughout a huge organization of capabilities, pertinent to the clean running of the workplace.
- To be the factor of contact to put in force one of a kind programs, projects, and focus for making sure compliance with guidelines and processes: e.g. Security and Key Controls, Business Continuity Plan, Anti-Bribery, Travel & Expenses, Health and Safety, Records Management, Assets Management, Corporate Governance and preferred office(s) management
- Support to other Visa places of work for occasions or other commercial enterprise activities that take region in Morocco.
- Responsible for the maintenance, security & trendy preservation of the Morocco office.
- Co-ordinate with building management for office lease, vehicle parking & different preferred office management topics.
- Control provision of office & building protection get entry to passes.
- Ensure access is revoked for leavers on the safety gadget.
- Contact individual (along with Head of Data Security) for building security in case of incident at the premises out of doors of regular office hours.
- Responsible for ensuring complete evacuation of workplace in case of emergency
- Responsible for coordinating workplace format and buy of new fixtures & device as required, rolls out the match out of new workplace area.
- Health & Safety guidelines adhered within the office
- Manages Morocco distribution listing and communications to the workplace concerning workplace issues inclusive of workplace closure / public vacations as in step with assertion from the Central Bank, and different items which impact all staff.
- Any other responsibilities related to the clean going for walks and management of the office as required.
- Ensure a very good drift of communique and tremendous secretarial help is supplied for the GM.
- Provide help to the GM with non-public, private, and private preparations
- Organize agendas, briefing papers and any preparatory paper work Sort, prioritise and wherein viable delegate and distribute incoming mail.
