3 years’ experience in any of the following industries: labour broking, recruitment, warehousing, distribution services, transport operations, production processes, manufacturing, FMCG trade
3 years’ experience with incident and accident investigations
3 years’ Health and Safety experience (advantageous)
Proven ability to manage at least 400 employees and manage company assets i.e. vehicles, uniforms
Proven experience in the implementation of company labour related policies
