Job Description
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly O&M internal reports. Representation of the Maintenance Director whenever required. Change Management in collaboration with other departments. Liaise with clients and offer regular updates.
- Any other responsibilities allocated from time to time.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers to follow up the progress of work and ensure that it is completed as planned.
- Overlook fueling procedures, theft, spillages and propose corrective action.
- Compile daily/weekly and monthly client and internal reports. Interact daily with technical support teams, report and document the activities. Support site security activities. Improve processes, procedures and cost savings where approved.
- Disciplinary procedures involving O&M staff. Management.
- Management of emergencies and escalations processes.
- Support to O&M staff and colleagues.
