- Manage space availability /capacity between DC’s to enable implementation of operational plans.
- Manage DC space in terms of efficiency (space utilisation) and productivity
- Manage Planning related aspects pertaining to store openings and closures.
- Manage alignment between supplier and DC operating cycles.
- Resolve planning related Branch queries Manager.
- Daily extracting plans.
- Operational work planning, priority setting and scheduling
- Operational performance monitoring.
- People and enabling capacity management / Resourcing
