Job Description
- Procurement of fruits outside the Eastern Cape, including stonefruit, apples, pears, grapes and citrus.
- Examining and reporting on quality of fruit at orchards, packhouses and cold stores.
- Confirming and updating crop estimates and harvest estimates with growers.
- Ensuring MRL’s meet approved requirements.
- Establishing, building and sustaining relationships with growers and clients.
- Generating technical reports for distribution to clients.
