Job Description

  • Overseeing the door production section.
  • Monitor the efficiency & quality of all production jobs.
  • Supervise & assist in training in production process.
  • Plan & execute the production schedule.
  • Providing supervision & direction to production team & operators.
  • Allocation of resources to ensure minimum downtime & completion of scheduled activities and tasks.
  • Organizing work flow and ensuring that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
  • 5 years experience in the furniture & timber industry.
  • Trade and Supervisory certificate is added advantage.
