Job Description
- Develop, put into effect, screen, compare and report packages strategies and tasks.
- Plan, organize and conduct numerous trainings and mentoring sports for UEWCA team of workers and assignment implementing member Organizations.
- Liaise and collaborate with associate corporations (donors, CSOs, authorities companies and others at one-of-a-kind degrees).
- Prepare monthly quarterly, bi-annual and annual software related sports and financial plan and reviews to be submitted to UEWCA management, authorities our bodies and donors.
- Ensure that enforcing individuals prepare and submit monthly quarterly biannual & annual plans and reviews in time.
- Develop TOR for expert/consultancy offerings.
- Follow up commissioned professional! Consultancy services; opinions and remarks and guarantees that they're finished in step with the TOR and the expectancy of the employer.
- Monitor and report on applicable sports and effect.
- Provide technical assist for challenge imposing agencies.
- Guides. Coordinates, manages and supervises effective and efficient implementation of various sub granted tasks.
- Represents the corporation at various forms, consisting of club companion assembly, workshops, seminars, and many others.
- Prepares briefing notes to the program coordinator regularly on monthly foundation, to preserve her/him abreast of application lproject progress and performance.
- Develop institutional capability constructing and Documentation manuals.
- Establishes and continues formal and casual communication mechanisms with government network partners participants donors and different stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors/Master diploma inside the subject of Natural Resource Management, Climate Change Adaptation & Mitigation, Agro-forestry, Agriculture Studies, Agronomy, Environmental Studies Gender Study, Economics and other related developmental research
