Job Description
- Manage the day to day matters relating to QA in all clinics.
- Ensure effective follow-up of decisions taken in QA steering committee.
- Plan orientation of new staff members for institutional memory.
- Ensure effective communication of all QA activities to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with MOICs for QA activities (for example: initiatives, training, conferences, reporting QIT results, etc.)
- Develop QA training materials in collaboration with MOICs/GM and health services training institutions and regulatory councils for CPD.
- Organize training and in-service education for Clinics and Head Office staff.
- Develop mechanisms to maintain the QA capacity for all levels
- Maintain an inventory of all personnel trained in QA and an inventory of standards relating to the implementation of objectives in QA.
- Liaise with and support other processes in the Company relate to Quality improvements in the Clinics to reduce duplication of efforts and maintain standards I. Participate in strategic planning processes at Head Office
- Talk quality, walk quality, do quality — model QA / QM principles in daily activities.
- Use epidemiological and program data for analysis of clinic performance.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual work plans on QA.
- Provide stakeholders with concise regular performance reports.
- Budget for quality improvement.

Educational qualifications and experience :
- A minimum of Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience in a busy hospital.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven previous experience in managing quality initiatives
- Demonstrable experience in supervising, coaching and training others
- Must be in good standing with Medical Council of Malawi.
