Job Description
- Promote expert development of first-class staff via education, character improvement plans and education.
- Plan and manipulate budge; keep long-term lab development plan together with equipment substitute CAPEX plan.
- Investigate and enforce movements to optimize prices and improve first-class (raw ix, clinker, cement).
- Plan, organize and manage sampling, measurements and evaluation at some point of the manufacturing process.

- Jointly with Marketing & Sales team, display customer satisfaction and competitiveness of product overall performance and outline/implement corrective actions if required.
