Job Description

  • Open the reception location directly at certain beginning time and relaxed the reception place after final time.
  • Answer and direct all calls in an efficient, accurate, expert and great manner
  • Greet and assist all site visitors
  • Maintain and distribute traveller protection badges in accordance with safety rules
  • Understand and observe workplace security techniques.
  • Notify recipients upon receipt of faxes, tickets and different deliveries
  • Place faxes in employee mailboxes for the duration of of business day
  • Maintain conference room schedules for the ability
  • Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Relief switchboard obligations
  • Relief assembly room concierge
  • Housekeeping of meeting/board/demo rooms.
  • Verify receipt of all deliveries prior to signing dealer delivery tickets/logs.
  • Maintain correct mail distribution records; package deal recipients need to sign for deliveries.
  • Keep accurate log of deliveries for evaluation by workplace manager or facility supervisor
  • Secure all deliveries as required.
  • Conflict management: Report troubles as required, resolve or coordinate decision for all conference scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure all gadget is operational; record & look at upkeep as required.
  • Welcome all site visitors to Oracle
  • Must be pleasant and a peoples individual
  • Must have consumer care enjoy
  • Assist with the bookings of meeting rooms for internal group of workers and outside companions and customers
  • Liaise with cleansing personnel to make certain that home tasks of all the meeting rooms are carried out and the ready region is clean
  • Liaise with the canteen to make sure that every one catering orders arrive on time
  • Managing of all meeting rooms
  • Assist with Conference calls while the want arises.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years reception/similar exp
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent English conversation capabilities, each written & verbal.
  • Computer Literate - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to paintings independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple duties.
  • Excellent customer service talents and verbal communication abilties
  • Demonstrate working information of workplace gadget.
  • Well-groomed and friendly always.
