- Front Desk Management
- Stock Control - Office Supplies (Monthly)
- Liaison with External Suppliers (When required)
- Management of Courier Function(When required)
- Database Management - on-line and hardcopy
- Provide help to consultants with the aid of finishing Candidate References, MIE Checks, Lexis Nexis Checks and submitting candidate supporting files for that reason.
- Candidate File Management - Updating of candidate profiles and making sure accurate class filing (Nurse/ Medical Doctor/ Pharmacist).
- Advertising of employer vacancies to the applicable profession portals and protection of "stay" vacancy lists in liaison with the Specialist Recruitment Consutlants.
- Ad reaction management General employer administration help.
