Job Description

  • Front Desk Management
  • Stock Control - Office Supplies (Monthly)
  • Liaison with External Suppliers (When required)
  • Management of Courier Function(When required)
  • Database Management - on-line and hardcopy
  • Provide help to consultants with the aid of finishing Candidate References, MIE Checks, Lexis Nexis Checks and submitting candidate supporting files for that reason.
  • Candidate File Management - Updating of candidate profiles and making sure accurate class filing (Nurse/ Medical Doctor/ Pharmacist).
  • Advertising of employer vacancies to the applicable profession portals and protection of "stay" vacancy lists in liaison with the Specialist Recruitment Consutlants.
  • Ad reaction management General employer administration help.
