- Effectively manipulate all of the departmental overall performance troubles.
- Effective Employer branding to create an inspiring agency fee proposition and coordinate with the PR team to implement employer advertising projects whilst promoting activity openings and career possibilities.
- Implementing and maintain tracking structures for all departmental indicators, targets and requirements.
- Assist with Expat relocation offerings and requirement as well as compensation and advantages control
- Maintaining the desired database, by using collating, inputting, processing and retrieving statistics and facts, and to provide normal reports.
- Ensuring relevant Performance facts is produced according with the agreed statutory definitions
- Responsible for the manufacturing of relevant overall performance information on time according with the agreed timescales.
- To play a key component in developing overall performance strategies to ensure the company supplies continuous development
- Oversee the collation & recording of performance information and provide assurance that these are recorded accurately in the Corporate System. Analyse overall performance facts.
- Deliver overall performance control schooling to Officers through workshops, on a one to one basis and through the corporation system
- Performance evaluation and overall performance improvement control
- Prepare and deliver presentations at workshops, seminars and different meetings, to similarly an understanding of the fundamentals of performance measures and management.
