Job Description
- MSc/BSc diploma in Computer technology, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information technology.
- At least 10 years of running enjoy for graduate degree holders or 8 years for put up graduate diploma holders, ideally with enjoy in effectively applied task in the regions of software engineering, statistics safety, networking and IT infrastructure, strategic and operational management, IT structures development and implementation, IT task control, crew management and leadership, information structures control.
- Preferably have precise expertise of the civil registration enterprise and CRVS structures.
- Preferably internationally ccertified in sure software program, community and database trainings and/or certifications.
- Have worked at least four-5 years in technical roles and four-5 years in ICT management and management roles.
- Have complete knowledge on cyber protection area.
- A Consultant will be decided on in accordance with the character consultant choice method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
