Job Description
- Undertake preventive maintenance works for all equipment and device related to refrigeration and air con as prescribed with the aid of manufacturers and/or as required to hold the standards of the lodge's operation.
- Undertake corrective renovation works on all equipment and device associated with refrigeration and aircon as required to ensure guests delight.
- Ensure prompt and efficient customer support at all times by way of adopting a proactive technique to coping with visitors proceedings.
- Ensure proper implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures related to his/her sections if you want to ensure consistency inside the delivery of high-quality provider.
- Ensure that the workshop premises (plant, equipment, workshops) and environment are continually kept in a great state of tidiness.
- Strictly examine all environmental statutory necessities and promote environmentally pleasant rules and practices.
- Log all information associated with preventive and corrective renovation movements on all equipment.
- Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, nearby fitness and protection codes, and organisation safety and security guidelines are met as well as the maintenance of secure paintings practices and observance of safety policies and precautions.
- Perform every other duties as assigned by means of the supervisor or engineering managers.
- In case of hearth or every other emergency, the Ac and Refrigeration Technician need to be gift with the crew to assist the Emergency Team.
