- Providing team with a stimulating and supportive environment.
- Leading a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
- Driving team performance.
- Dealing with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
- Ensuring consistency and continual improvement of the Store, through regular visits to stores, evaluating store performance, evaluating staff performance and addressing day-to-day store concerns.
- Monitoring sales performance of all stores on a daily basis.
- Supporting the store manager in sales achievement, motivation and target driving.
- Maximising sales and profitability.
- Encouraging and driving towards excellent customer service
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines.
- Following and understanding the company’s policies and procedures and ensuring the store managers understand and train their teams.
- Ensuring that stores are staffed efficiently within budget and optimally to achieve sales targets
- Controlling the training and development of your staff.
- Reporting to senior executives on progress and issues.
- A valid drivers licence
- Strong communication skills: interpersonal, verbal and written skills to liaise with internal and external contacts.
