Job Description
- Able to execute a retail strategy to increase sales within the business unit
- Must be energetic and be prepared to work retail hours.
- Strong problem solving skills due to the fast moving environment and complexities of the business.
- Need to be able to lead, manage and drive a team of 10 to 20 staff members
- Attention to detail and the ability to execute the system to ensure the stores conformance.
- Effective communication, ensures that stake holders are informed on all important concern staff.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Responsible for the entire administrational function ensuring compliance on all levels.
Experience / Skills and Knowledge:
- This person will have been active in retail for 7 years and currently managing a retail operation for at least 4 years.
