- As a Room Service Manager you're responsible to acquire the most useful stage of visitor pleasure and departmental profitability in an environment of teamwork and high crew morale, wherein your position will encompass key obligations together with:
- •Conduct regular schooling periods with the assigned group in step with the departmental SOP's e.G. Guest care, provider standards, up-promoting approach, product expertise, getting into guestrooms, smartphone manners, and so forth.
- •Prepare and difficulty responsibility schedules for the respective crew
- •Monitor carrier sports in the Room Service, aiming for maximum possible customer satisfaction
- •Work in close co-operation with Kitchen, Stewarding, Cashiers as well as different key service departments
- •Work toward the a hit 24hrs operation and make certain that phones are always attended.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant dating with in-residence guest, ensuring proper and set off provider to their rooms.
- In-charge of the shipping and clearance of all guestroom amenities and conduct spot tests.
- Ensure all Minibar operations are completed right away.
- Ensure right coping with of system to limit breakages and losses.
