Job Description
- Perform routine reviews of customer master data key information, to ensure accuracy and communicate with regional managers, and relevant business staff as required to close out inaccuracies.
- Drive enforcement of the master data governance process to continuously drive accuracy.Drive and manage the accurate maintenance of customer accounts linking to customer master data.
- Development, updating of Qlik reports, dashboards, scorecards, incentives and trackers as per business requirements.Communication of reports, trackers, incentives and scorecards as per business requirements to key stakeholders.
- Compilation and communication of key reports from CRM application.
