- Principal accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Planning and management of sales territories, achievement of targets based on profitable potential and effective sales territory management:
- Utilize element of the sales management process (SMP), to effectively analyze, implement and control the opportunities within territory.
- Actively manage and develop the growth of key products within the sales territory.
- Target the appropriate customer groups to ensure successful introduction of new products.
- Work with Engineering Management, Finance Management, Market Management, Product Management and other members of Management team to ensure a consistent approach to business throughout the Company.
- Support the management team through execution of special projects.
- Ensure your knowledge and skills are continuously developed for the benefit of both yourself and the company.
- Take full responsibility for all assigned company assets.
- Ensure compliance with all company values, policies and process.
- Recruit and form the sales team.
Qualification and Experience:
- Technical or commercial educational background, (BAC +4 / BAC +5).
- 05 years of successful experience in the management of Sales, preferably in the construction sector.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Leadership.
- Autonomous, voluntary and enthusiastic, you have a real sense of negotiation, customer service and a real attraction for the sale of technical products.
- Good mastery of the construction sector.
