Job Description
- Develop and oversee the governance of all operational controls relatyed to the carrier desk, web hosting operations and the shipping of Professional Services engagements.
- Manage a team of experts inclusive of Technical Integration & Support, Forms/Content Development and Cloud Hosting Operations. Set clean goals, assessment overall performance and help team success by means of proactively managing issues.
- Oversee capability making plans and useful resource allocation for undertaking work.
- Play a key function in the feasibility evaluation, structuring and implementation of new fee introduced COntent and Managed Service offerings.
- Report Information as it should be and facilitate visibility throughout all key stakeholders.
- Define and control quality practice for Cloud Hosting Operations, deployment automation and software configuration/ launch control.
- Coordinate resources each onsite and offshore to achieve spherical-the-clock customer support.
- Budget holder for the operations centre.
- Ensure operational problems are properly accounted for in strategic making plans.
Skills and Experience
- 10+ years revel in in Operations Management/Management Consulting
- Qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a similiar applicable area.
- Proven management experience and an capacity to build, work with, coordinate and control a group.
- Experience in a software program surroundings capable of use initiative and display innovation.
- Flexible, calm and approachable, 'Can Do' attitude
