Job Description

• Network Recruitment is part of the JSE listed company, ADVTECH Ltd.We are the leaders in specialist recruitment and we are currently seeking to appoint a seasoned business manager to head up our fast growing engineering recruitment division.

• The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in managing a perm recruitment business in an external agency environment preferably in a technical recruitment.  The role reports to the MD and will have a team of seasoned consultants reporting in; as such, a strong leader is required.

• The candidate should have the ability to inspire high performing recruiters and team leaders as well. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to train and develop a diverse team to continually improve, and achieve target.
