- Consistent follow up with customers and aftersales /repair visits to see if our customers are satisfied.
- Customer and workshop foreman feedback.
- Correctness of information supplied to workshop foreman.
- Breakdown services, output and performance.
- Build and maintain CSI at the highest level.
- Receiving call from customer obtain the necessary information.
- Update the service history and change customer details on system.
- Follow up on work in progress and if car is still in workshop.
