Job Description
- Identify Service Need within the territory.
- Network Expansion 3S, 2S & MFS.
- Analyze, Plan, Guide ASMs & monitor service activities covering all key business influencers / Stake holders (Dealers, MFS, Fleet Owners, Micro finance banks, Mechanic & Rider Associations, Institutions etc.)
- Channel development : Standardize Workshops as per BAL Norms
Implement & Ensure Adherence of SOPs - Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accomplish Organizational goals & Initiatives within timelines with Accuracy .
- MIS : Shall maintain MIS, Analyze Data, Identify & Initiate corrective actions swiftly to meet Organizational Goals.
- Analyze each case & take Warranty decisions, Generate FFRs / EFRs, IRU & Warranty claims and maintain Warranty data & Material for Audit as per SOP.
- Focused Approach on Customer Satisfaction, Customer complaint resolution.
