Assist the PI and lead team to organize specialized working group meetings and steering committee meetings as scheduled.
Followup and ensure timely approval for RPHIA related requisitions, plans and activities.
Facilitate all medical and organizational communications related to RPHIA execution.
Guarantee that all relevant choices in MOH, local govt and other government organizations are informed about and involved in the RPHIA survey to facilitate energetic involvement.
Actively support the process of national sensitization, community mobilization as well as stakeholder meetings related to the RPHIA task.
Collaborate and facilitate preparing and the coordination of field activities.
Contribute to the review and standardization of survey instruments.
Guarantee follow up of purchase of any needed approved equipment and supplies working in close collaboration with ICAP-Rwanda in all the supply chain process.
Make study related workshops, training seminars, meetings, conferences and site supervision trips related to the RPHIA.
Prepare 7 days a week and monthly activity improvement reports for sharing with the PIs.
Some other task deemed necessary for RPHIA by the immediate supervisors.
