Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the RAPID team making sure ready and influenced group of workers.
- Manage overall performance of team of workers and encourage on-the-activity education, discover and deal with getting to know and schooling needs and opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure that supply is controlled and finished as in line with plans within time and budgets, assembly donor and community duty.
- Ensure the challenge achieves Child Well-Being Outcomes consistent with the business enterprise’s Ministry Framework and Development Approach, and WVK’s strategic priorities and the venture designs.
- Develop and put in force strategies for intentional and mutual mastering amongst task workforce
- Provide management in branding and profiling the business enterprise in the county.
- Develop a business plan for the challenge in alignment with the WVK method.
- Provide leadership and assist to the team of workers within the mission, for brand new Programme development, development in Programme fine and Programme transition in line with marketing strategy.
- Ensure making plans and budgeting procedure is aligned and working easily. Provide modern and technical assist for effective implementation of key provide projects.
- Ensure that business processes associated with tasks evolved in coordination with NO WASH crew and other associated departments are adhered to by using the applicable body of workers and other assigned implementation web sites).
- Coordinate exams, designs, measurements of creation and in accordance with established requirements, rules and procedures in liaison with NO WASH group and different applicable companions.
- Review applicable surveys, assessments, evaluations, research, designs and phrases of reference and payments of portions of the assignment.
- Collaborate with the NO WASH Team to offer the group of workers with the correct technical orientation needed to obtain toddler health outcomes.
- Participate in group of workers and network ability constructing initiatives as stipulated in project designs and hints in addition to promoting applicable advocacy on WASH, farm animals and herbal aid management.
