Job Description
- Assures development and costing of Fund Management Project Technical Assistance plans, consistent with SUN partners
- Identifies education wishes for institutional strengthening.
- Plans and organizes schooling and at the job guide for the provincial and district groups.
- Manages running relationships and collaborations with stakeholders inclusive of USAID TA and L&E providers, CSO-SUN, SUN Research and academia and NGOs
- Provides ongoing support to NFNC and national line ministries.
- Works carefully with provincial facilitators in TA for work plan alignment and monitoring (aid to PNCCs and DNCCs).
- Collaborates with Team Leader to put together quarterly and annual reviews.
Qualifications and experience:
- A postgraduate qualification (master) in Development studies, enterprise administration, public fitness/agriculture/nutrition/WASH or equivalent;
- A minimum of seven years or extra in coping with big donor-funded packages (ideally DFID).
- Demonstrated revel in and understanding of institutional strengthening strategies.
- Having worked at community, ward, district and provincial level and knows the dynamics of the relations among these tiers;
- Committed and exceptionally influenced and able to motivating others to meet the stunting targets.
- Demonstrated revel in in managing partnerships, ideally in nutrition related projects.
- Project management talents and enjoy, such as dealing with and coaching teams.
- Experience with output-based end result incentives.
- Experience in delivering Value for Money programmes
- Excellent communication (written and oral), reporting and presentation skills.
