Job Description
- Defect management - creation of defects and managing them through to their resolution.
- Test reporting to management.
- Identifying high risk areas.
- Cross browser and device testing.
- Working cross-functionally with managers from across the business to understand requirements and sign of User Acceptance Testing.
- Be the expert on the e-commerce solution.
- Support Customer Service in investigating e-commerce specific issues.
- Work within an agile framework using recommended tools .
- Responsible for testing environment integrity and access.
- Maintains an excellent level of service, professionalism and support to the business.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Management, marketing or equivalent.
- 4+ years’ experience in Ecommerce, web development or digital management and within a retail environment.
- Candidate profile:
- Strong analytical skills and an advocate for data-driven actions;
- An inquisitive nature - ability to think outside of the box ‘What would happen if...’
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
