Be able to explain problems and solutions clearly
Proficient in Windows operating systems
Have basic soldering skills
Have a good working knowledge of analog, RF and digital systems
Have the ability to write clear documentation for test jigs
Desirable: It would be advantageous if the candidate:
Had repairs/test engineering experience
Had exposure to C++ programming
Had exposure to PCB layout (Protel/Altium)
