- Identifying new enterprise opportunities and actively focusing on building the customer base.
- Capturing purchaser statistics at the CRM gadget.
- Keeping regular touch with current customers.
- Addressing client queries and coping with Trade Exchanges in keeping with Company Policy and Procedure.
- Honing product understanding, sales and customer provider capabilities on a persistent basis.
- Keeping up to date with pricing and product developments.
- Handling of cash, credit cards, bank transfers and Cheques.
- Assisting with stock counts.
- Following structures, rules and methods within the stores.
- Ensuring that products is attractively and as it should be displayed.
- Safekeeping of organisation property and facility.
- Keeping the shop neat and tidy at all times, which involves cleaning the store.
- Dressing and supplying a professional look. (Name badges to be worn at all times).
- Filing, trendy administration and helping in store efficiency as required.
