Job Description
- Compiling annual training calendars and coordinating and communicating training in all regions.
- Presenting training courses as well as compiling and/or reviewing training material as directed by the Head Office.
- Assisting with routine technical calls on body shops and distributors in accordance with TEP guidelines.
- Conducting assessment of equipment and application parameters.
- Conducting critical evaluation of products and product selections.
- Providing on-site training on new products / processes / practices.
- Providing sales support on product demonstrations.
- Overseeing and painting for the duration of trial installations.
- Conducting bi-annual technical assessments on in-house and distributor technicians.
- Managing the training facility and related costs.
- Completing and submitting reports on field defects.
- Following up on batch recalls if applicable and testing new products and reporting results.
- Overseeing comparative evaluations of competitor products.
