Job Description
- Give in general administration to the 4 part assessment group;
- Conclude the assessment configuration, organize exercises, orchestrate intermittent gatherings, and merge individual contribution from colleagues;
- Furnish specialized initiative as for horticultural markets, esteem chains, seed strategy, and agronomy at both the national and neighborhood level;
- Lead the planning and introduction of the key assessment discoveries and suggestions to the USAID/Malawi group and other real accomplices; and
- Different obligations as doled out by the Project Director.
- Farming and Food Security and Economic, Education and Growth and Global Health and additionally Business Development divisions.
- This position does not approve/require the specialist to have basic leadership expert on conclusive work item.
Favored Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Subject matter in seed frameworks fortifying, horticultural worth chains, seed arrangement, agronomy, and farming financial aspects;
- Involvement in universal benefactor advancement program the board and supervising various program regions all the while is liked; and
- Important involvement in Malawi or Eastern/Southern Africa liked.
Least Requirements:
- At least 10 years of worldwide involvement in the seed area with experience leading USAID assessments, in a perfect world for seed part, as well as horticultural information ventures;
- The Team Leader must be acquainted with USAID guidelines and frameworks including execution checking, sex strategies and direction, venture the board, planning and budgetary investigation, and revealing;
- S/he should have broad involvement in leading quantitative and subjective appraisals; and
- Training: Master's certificate in an elevant field.
