  1. Resource compensation range for following level of resource :
  2. Back office customer service agents (Low to High range)
    Language skills : Candidate must be fluent in English and good to have any one of other language (i.e. French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic)

    Must be smart, tactful, customer service oriented and must be a computer literate Quality Analytics/IT Manager/HR Manager (Low to High range)

    experience; Mentoring and training capabilities; West Africa experience beneficial Other Taxes : Social Security and Pension (Employer and Employee) and Employee Income Tax
